We stayed one night at the Hotel Aristos. We were in room 208. The room had 2 single beds, TV, A/C, small fridge with minibar, safe, table(desk) and chair, and had a big unmovable chair/bench. There was a fluffy blanket (comforter) which I don't like. The light switch only worked with the key card, not just any card. The bathroom had a tub and shower. Breakfast was included. There are 2 buildings and multiple elevators. Choose the elevator for the level you're on. Otherwise, there are several steps after you get off the elevator to reach your room. Not good if you are using a luggage cart. The hotel is close to the airport.

We stayed here for 5 nights following Rally Croatia. It is a very modern hotel and spotlessly clean. The bedroom is very spacious with a large bathroom. We were on bed and breakfast and the selection each morning was varied with something for everyone. We had bar food several times and could not fault anything. The staff were one of the best teams I have ever encountered. One particular waiter stood out for his professionalism and banter and that was Hrvoje. He is a credit to the hotel and nothing was a bother to him.

Hello. I wanted to write my review about Aristos Hotel Zagreb. I have been here for a week now. Hotel is ok and livable. Stuff members are very polite. HOWEVER the hotel insists on having the central heating system ON at high temperatures. The weather now is Zagreb is around 20c during the day. This results having a room temperature of around 26c at night with the window half open! I have asked the Stuff Members to do something about this numerous times. All they are saying is that this is how the hotel works JUST OPEN YOUR WINDOW! With the Window open i wake up every morning around 5:30am from the noise outside.(cars dogs barking busses dropping off people to the hotel). This resulted in me not getting any adequate sleep for my next working day here. Situation is terrible. Not to mention the very intense "flower type" of perfume smell this hotel has in order to hide away the bad odours inside the building. Thank you and i wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel appeared very nice on the website. Reasonably priced. We booked a twin room but were given a double bed. Went to reception and were reluctantly given a twin room. No conversation at all! We then went to the new steak restaurant and we were charged €106 for two steaks which were approximatly 3 cm x 3cm and under cooked, 1 bowl of disgusting chips and 2 glasses of wine which was average. Bread that we didnt ask for. When asked was everything ok we said no the steak was not not cooked as we requested so the waiter offered to cook them again. We declined. There was no one in the restaurant except my friend and I. We moved to the bar and had two more drinks. The waiter hovered near us and glared at us for the entire time. I asked did he want us to leave and he said if we wanted to leave. ... We left and were escorted to the lift by the waiter. As two women travelling alone we felt extremely intimidated by this individual. All the other staff were nice throughout our stay but I would never go to this hotel again with the exorbitant prices of the restaurant and the intimidating behaviour of the waiter. Disgraceful.

Stayed here for a few nights at the end of September / beginning of October. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean, tidy and modern. It's ideally located about 10 minutes from the airport and easily within driving distance of the rest of Zagreb. It does have a more "business" feel to the hotel but I have no real complaints. If you're booking through the likes of Hotel.com etc make sure you include breakfast, if you don't and you want to add it later it's much more expensive to do so.
